A language is for fluidly circulating in an individual inner world
and
between individuals; but not for hardening, I think.
In this corner, I introduce you to some ways of healing
(fluidly to activate your internal world) as one of the personal usages
of Earth Language.
Power of Symbols
A symbol can give you strong power when you repeat using it.
Only a visual symbol is like that. A symbol with its body sign
together works
very well for controlling your body and mind.
EL has multi-methods, and EL symbols easily connect to each sign and
the image.
So it would be a good tool to instantly control and relax yourself,
even by a short practice.
EL Meditation Exercise is a combination of the power of symbols and
Chi-Gong theory.
For recovering from strain by computing, a stiff back, depression,
or calming down fury or anger or fear...
choose a way that you need, and try it for controlling and healing your
body and mind.
After increasing your signing ability, you may enjoy a dance with a
poem using this method too.

Some general
suggestions for this Meditation Exercise:
# Do it very slowly at least at first.
# Breathe slowly together with the movement.
# Hand-shape-signs have to be clear, to recall the meaning well.
# The power of all movements starts from the Tantien/Dandien (center of the body);
don't move just hands and arms.
# Even in a narrow space, widen your image to touch nature and the universe.
# Continue the exercise that you like as one of your daily routine;
so you will be relaxed by that more and more quickly.

★できるだけゆっくり、ゆったりと、動きにつれて起きる体の感覚をしっかり受け止めながら。
★動きに合わせて息も一緒にゆっくり深く。
★手のサインはいいかげんにしないで、きちんとルールを護って意味を身体中で感じながら。
★どの場合も手や腕だけ動かすのでなく、丹田の力を伝えてお腹から動かす。
★たとえ狭い部屋で行っても、大自然や宇宙に心身を届かせる気持ちをもって。
ときに海岸や森の中などの大自然の中でやって、その気分をもちかえり体操によって蘇らせるのも方法。
★継続が大切:
1日数分でも日課的になり、体操が自動的に出るようになれば、
リラックス効果がどんどん高まるのをお感じになるでしょう。
