EL Phonetic Brackets

pl and pr ASCII: { and }
#pl (the left bracket for the phonetic system) shape is covering out of the left and the top lines of the frame,
and #pr (the right bracket for the phonetic system) shape is covering out of the right and the top lines of the frame.
(表音括弧は文字枠を上と左、上と右で覆う形です。)

#pl hand-sign:

a large turning movement from
the shoulder level to the waist level,
drawing the basis shape:
the hand shape stays the same.

#pr hand-sign:

a large turning movement from
the shoulder level to the waist level,
drawing the basis shape:
the hand shape changes to the fist lightly at the end.

added the extended vowel of in the basis name [su] of ( pointing the left)

The single usage of this putting other character in:
showing the type of the phonetic classification.



The name of the right bracket: [mje:t]　(as one long syllable ) :
added the extended vowel of in the basis name of ( pointing the right)

The single usage of this putting other character in:
To create logos or abbreviated names shortened from the original names or phonetics.
When you see a C-c with this, it's always a kind of shortened name (sound).
