(10) Relocation of the patch (畑の移動)

English translation:
However, I heard that the rented land where I prepared for the garden would be cut out for the road expansion. So as soon as I moved into this house, I had to relocate my vegetable patch. I again laid pieces of cardboard on the lawn closer to our house, and carried all the leaves and soil onto them.

けれど私が畑のために準備した借地は、道路拡張のために切り取られると聞きました。そこでこの家に引越す早々、畑も引越さねばならなくなりました。家に近い芝生の上に再びダンボールを敷き、その上に葉と土を全部移しました。
