English translation:
In that morning when the eagles left, I found an egg on the loan near my vegetable patch. The color was white. It wasn't any other egg but a chicken, our neighbors say. But chickens have never been in this forest. Who dropped it? Was the egg a present for us from the eagle family? It was delicious. 
(Chicken is shown as the combination of fowl kind-red-cap for the present. Later it can be shortened under the common agreement. Egg is shown as a pictographic symbol by compounding globe-living thing)

Japanese translation:
鷲が去った朝、畑のそばの芝生に卵をひとつ見つけました。色は白。チキン以外の卵ではないと、近所の人々はいいます。けれど、この森にはチキンはずっといません。誰が落としたんでしょう？卵は、鷲の家族からのプレゼントだったんでしょうか？おいしかったです。

(鶏は、とりあえず家禽ー赤い帽子の組み合わせで表現していますが、のちに共通略字を造ることは可能です。卵は球体ー生物の組み合わせの象形文字としました。)
